The Quercus range is crafted just across the border from Italy’s famed Collio region, in the rolling hills of Goriska Brda, Slovenia. Though divided by a political line, these neighbouring regions share the same soils, climate, and centuries-old winemaking traditions. The vineyards are planted on terraced slopes between 200–300 metres above sea level. They benefit from both warm Adriatic breezes and the cool influence of the Alps.
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks at 15°C, with no oak ageing or malolactic fermentation, ensuring a wine of pristine freshness and purity.
- Delicate aromas of crisp apple, grapefruit, and lemon are joined by subtle floral notes.
- On the palate Quercus Pinot Bianco is smooth, full-bodied, and elegant.
