A fortified dessert wine made in California by Quady Winery, a specialist in sweet and aromatic wines. Founded by Andrew Quady in 1975, the winery is renowned for its mastery of Muscat varieties and its innovative approach to dessert winemaking.
This wine is made from fully ripened Black Muscat grapes, harvested at peak maturity to capture their intense aromatics. The grapes are crushed, chilled, and macerated before fermentation is arrested with grape spirit. The wine is then aged briefly in seasoned French oak barrels to enhance its depth and richness.
