This is a classic white Burgundy made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Meursault, Côte de Beaune. The Bouzereau family have cultivated vines here for nine generations, with Philippe and Charles now leading the estate. Their wines reflect the heritage and precision of traditional Burgundian winemaking.
The domaine practises organic viticulture and minimal intervention, allowing the terroir to shine through. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts in French oak barrels, with ageing on fine lees for added depth.
