This Chardonnay is sourced from Tasmania, Tumbarumba and Adelaide Hills, regions known for cool-climate profiles and vibrant acidity. Penfolds Bin 311 reflects the House’s philosophy of sourcing the best fruit, regardless of origin, to craft exceptional wines.
First released in 2005, it benefits from fruit originally destined for Yattarna. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in French oak barriques for eight months. It shows purity, finesse and a mineral backbone shaped by its regional diversity.
