Pegasus Bay Aged Release Pinot Noir
This medium-bodied New Zealand Pinot Noir from Waipara Valley is made from select clones grown on north-facing gravel terraces. Aged for 18 months in French oak and released after extended bottle ageing, it’s structured, savoury and layered with dark fruit and spice.
Pegasus Bay is a family-run estate founded in 1986. Vines are over 25 years old and grown on free-draining soils. Traditional Burgundian methods are used, including whole berry fermentation and natural malolactic conversion. The wine is vegan and vegetarian friendly.
