From the heart of Manduria in Puglia, this bold red is made from 100% Primitivo grapes. Paolo Leo uses a traditional two-harvest method, where a second crop adds freshness to the wine’s structure. The sandy soils and early morning harvest preserve varietal character and balance.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by ageing in American oak for three months and steel for six. The wine is vegan and vegetarian friendly, with a reputation for depth and smoothness.
