This refined South African white wine is crafted from Semillon grown on 80-year-old bush vines in Franschhoek Valley. The vineyard’s high-density planting and unirrigated slopes produce grapes with exceptional concentration and character.
Grapes are hand-harvested in two passes for balanced ripeness, then fermented using both wild and selected yeasts. Barrel maturation in older French oak adds depth while preserving vibrant fruit purity. The result is a full-bodied, dry wine with layered complexity and remarkable ageing potential.
