Nik Weis Urban Riesling
This is a German Riesling from the Mosel, made by St. Urbans-Hof, a respected estate founded in 1947. Nik Weis leads the winery today, continuing a family tradition of quality and innovation across three generations. Awarded the title Oekonomierat (Chancellor of Agriculture) in 1969, he has helped position St. Urbans-Hof among Germany’s most respected producers.
Grapes are grown on blue slate soils in Mehring, near Leiwen, which helps preserve acidity and adds minerality. Fermentation is carefully monitored and stopped early to retain freshness and balance. The wine is vegan and vegetarian.
