Makarounas Vineyards Spourtiko is a vibrant and refreshing white wine. Crafted from the rare indigenous Spourtiko grape, grown at high-altitude vineyards in Letymbou, Cyprus. With a winemaking heritage spanning four generations, the Makarounas family carefully tends to their ungrafted vines, allowing this unique variety to express its true character.
Made from 15-year-old vines at 450-500m altitude. Fermented spontaneously and aged on lees for seven months to enhance texture and complexity.
