This Pinot Gris is crafted in Marlborough’s Awatere Valley by Mahi, a winery dedicated to single-vineyard expression. The fruit comes from a site near Ward, barrel-fermented in older French oak for added weight. The remainder was cool-fermented to preserve freshness, the final blend using only free-run juice.
