LaForet Bourgogne Rouge is crafted from Pinot Noir sourced across Burgundy’s clay-limestone soils, selected for balance and typicity. The wine reflects the house’s philosophy of minimal intervention and precision.
Vinification includes temperature-controlled maceration and ageing for 10 to 14 months, with 15–20% new oak barrels used to add subtle structure. This approach preserves the purity of the fruit and enhances the wine’s finesse without overpowering its natural character.
