Jaffelin Chardonnay
Maison Jaffelin is the smallest of Burgundy’s great houses, based in the historic centre of Beaune since 1816. This unoaked Chardonnay is made from grapes grown in Burgundy and the South of France, fermented in steel to retain freshness.
Jaffelin still uses traditional oval wooden vats and a vertical press, rare even in Burgundy. These methods, combined with modern precision, result in a clean, fruit-forward wine with regional character.
