This is a Greek white wine made from Assyrtiko, grown in limestone soils in the semi-mountainous commune of Koutsi, Nemea. Gaia Estate was founded in 1994 by Leon Karatsalos and Yiannis Paraskevopoulos, pioneers of modern Greek winemaking.
Fermented in stainless steel with no oak, the wine is vegan and made to highlight Assyrtiko’s vibrant acidity and mineral character. The style is youthful and refreshing.
