Crafted from handpicked blueberries grown on specialist berry farms. An award-winning, velvety smooth dessert wine of exceptional purity. Made using the traditional ice-wine method, this decadent and moreish expression captures the concentrated sweetness and vibrant character of ripe blueberries. Requiring an incredible 2kg of fruit for every 37.5cl bottle.
The blueberries are carefully grown in substrate-filled buckets beneath protective polytunnels, ensuring consistent quality before being harvested by hand between July and October.
- Evolution 1276 Blueberry Ice Wine has dark berry and red-fruit aromas. Lifted by delicate hints of candied violet and rose petals.
- Palate is velvety smooth and devilishly pure, bursting with flavours of ripe blueberries, kirsch, and blueberry jam.
- Finish has a balanced sweetness lifted by refreshing acidity, leaving a clean, moreish finish.
This 1276 wine should be served lightly chilled. Perfect with rich chocolate desserts, cheeseboards, or added to sparkling wine for an indulgent aperitif.
