Emil Bauer & Sohne is a fifth-generation family winery based in the Pfalz region of Germany. Brothers Alexander and Martin Bauer are known for their bold labels and serious winemaking.
This Grauburgunder, the German name for Pinot Gris, is grown on loam soils around Nussdorf. Fermentation is split between stainless steel and large German oak barrels, giving the wine freshness and weight. It is suitable for vegetarians.
