This light-bodied red wine from Terra Alta, Spain, is made from Garnacha Tinta with a touch of Garnacha Blanca and aged seven months in French oak. Certified vegan and vegetarian.
Produced by Vineyard Productions, El Garbi is named after the warm African wind that ventilates the high-altitude vineyards of Terra Alta. Grapes are picked early to retain freshness, and fermentation is phased to enhance aromatic intensity without excess extraction.
