This elegant Pinot Noir comes from a boutique vineyard in Martinborough, New Zealand. Grown on a 3.5-hectare dry-farmed vineyard along Dublin Street, the grapes are hand-harvested to ensure optimal ripeness and quality. Fermentation takes place in small open-top vats, followed by basket pressing and 10 months of ageing in French oak barrels.
