This is a single-varietal Grüner Veltliner from the steep, terraced vineyards of Austria’s Wachau Valley. Domane Wachau is a grower-led cooperative known for its meticulous vineyard work and commitment to sustainable practices. In 2024, it was named Winemaker of the Year by Falstaff and ranked among the World’s Best Vineyards.
Grapes are hand-harvested from small plots between Loiben and Spitz, then fermented in stainless steel and aged on fine lees. The result is a structured, expressive white wine that reflects the region’s primary rock soils and cool climate.
