This elegant red wine is produced by Domaine Vacheron, one of Sancerre’s most respected organic and biodynamic estates. Located in the Loire Valley, the domaine has been certified biodynamic since 2005 and is known for its precision and purity. The Pinot Noir grapes are grown on flint and chalk soils, hand-harvested, and fermented with indigenous yeasts.
Ageing takes place in a mix of large foudres and neutral French oak barriques, allowing the wine to develop structure and finesse without masking its terroir-driven character.
