Domaine Chignard, founded by Michel Chignard and now run by his son Cedric, cultivates 8 hectares of old-vine Grenache on pure granitic soils in Fleurie. Cedric preserves the traditional Beaujolais approach with a high proportion of whole-bunch fermentation in cement, old foudre, and stainless steel. Wines are blended in early spring and bottled unfiltered to retain purity and texture.
