Domaine Chatelain Pouilly-Fume Les Chailloux 

This is a mineral-driven Sauvignon Blanc from Pouilly Fumé, made by Domaine Chatelain in the Loire Valley. The Chatelain family has cultivated vines here since 1630, now in its twelfth generation. Their 30 hectares span six communes, offering a broad expression of the region’s terroir.

Les Chailloux is a single parcel with flinty, clay-rich soils that give the wine its signature gunflint aroma. Fermented in stainless steel and matured on fine lees for three months, this cuvée is precise and expressive. No weedkillers are used in the vineyard, and the winery is fully underground to maintain stable temperatures.
