Domaine Chanson Chablis
This elegant white wine hails from the Chablis region in northern Burgundy, France. Crafted exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, it embodies the purity and finesse characteristic of the area. The vineyards, benefit from Kimmeridgian limestone soils, imparting a distinctive minerality to the wine.
The grapes are gently pressed and aged in oak casks for 12 to 14 months in a 15th-century cellar, with moderate use of new oak, allowing the wine to develop complexity while preserving its fresh character.
