Domaine Andre Neveu 'Calcaire' Sancerre Blanc
Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, this single-vineyard Sancerre comes from limestone-rich soils near the village of Chavignol. Domaine Andre Neveu has produced wine here for over 50 years, now run by Valérie Neveu and Thomas Dézat.
The limestone terroir gives the wine its name and contributes to its minerality and rich aromatics. Unoaked and aged in stainless steel, it retains a a good level of fresh acidity.
