De Ladoucette Pouilly-Fume

This white wine is made from 100% sauvignon blanc grown in the Pouilly-Fumé appellation of the Loire Valley. Domaine de Ladoucette owns the largest and most historic vineyards in the region, centred around the Château du Nozet estate. The Comte Lafond family acquired the property in the late 18th century and still oversee its production today.

Baron Patrick de Ladoucette continues the family legacy, producing wines that reflect the purity and structure of the region’s clay-limestone soils. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, regulated to 18°C for six to eight weeks. The wine is matured on lees for up to six months with regular stirring. No oak is used, preserving the natural fruit and mineral character.
