Château Picoron Tattarrattat Merlot is a naturally made red wine from Sainte-Colombe in Bordeaux. Crafted from 100% Merlot grown on the clay-limestone ridge of Saint-Emilion, it’s fermented using carbonic maceration and bottled without added sulphites. The wine is light, juicy and slightly sparkling, designed to be served chilled for maximum freshness.
Owned by an Australian family, Chateau Picoron follows the Ouvipo philosophy—creating wines under self-imposed constraints that honour the region, grape and climate. Their low-intervention approach focuses on single-vineyard Merlot expressions that challenge Bordeaux norms.
