A vibrant and expressive red wine from the Corbieres region of southern France, this limited cuvée is the result of a collaboration between Chateau Pech-Latt and sommelier Vincent Pastorello. Crafted from organically farmed vineyards, the wine reflects the estate’s commitment to biodiversity and sustainable viticulture. Only 5,000 bottles were produced, showcasing a blend of Grenache, Carignan, Syrah, and Cinsault grown on limestone and schist soils.
The wine is aged in stainless steel to preserve freshness and purity. Grenache brings richness and roundness, Carignan adds acidity and lift, while Syrah contributes dark fruit and aromatic depth. The result is a wine with finesse, structure, and a mineral-driven finish.
