This full-bodied red wine from Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault and Carignan. Aged for 12 months in French oak and released after seven years, it’s complex, savoury and layered with dried fruit and spice. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, it’s suitable for vegans and built to age.
