Lebanon’s oldest winery, Chateau Ksara, has been producing wine since 1857 in the heart of the Bekaa Valley. This blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon reflects Champagne’s Blanc de Blancs tradition using only white grapes.
Hand-picked grapes are fermented at cool temperatures, with Chardonnay aged briefly in French oak for added depth. The result is a refined white wine combining freshness with discreet oak influence.
