Chateau de Plaisance produces a vibrant, dry Chenin Blanc that showcases the purity of the terroir. Winemaker Vanessa Cherruau, trained in France and abroad, oversees the estate using organic and biodynamic practices, nurturing the vines for balance, concentration, and expressive character.
