This magnum-format Bordeaux red comes from a historic estate dating back to 1648, located just 500 metres from Saint-Julien. The 40-hectare vineyard sits on gravel and sandstone soils, ideal for Cabernet Sauvignon. The estate was owned by the Nony family until 2022 and is now part of Bernard Magrez’s portfolio, continuing its legacy of structured, age-worthy wines.
The red wine is a classic Left Bank blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. It’s medium-bodied with depth and freshness, aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. The magnum format allows for slower ageing and greater complexity over time.
