Boutinot Les Deux Barriques AOP Cairanne
Grenache and Carignan Noir form the base of this southern Rhone red, with Syrah and Mourvedre adding depth. The vines sit in the hills above Cairanne and produce small quantities of concentrated fruit. Les Deux Barriques is matured for up to 24 months in French oak demi-muids (600 litre barrels); the wine is neither fined or filtered before bottling.
