Bouchard Pere Et Fils Meursault Les Clous 

This white Burgundy is made from Chardonnay grown in the eastern-facing Les Clous vineyard, part of Meursault’s village appellation. The site shares the same marly soil as Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru, offering excellent conditions for structured, mineral-driven wines. Bouchard Pere et Fils, founded in 1731, is one of Burgundy's oldest domaines with a history spanning nine generations.

Grapes are harvested by hand and sorted manually before gentle pressing and slow fermentation. The wine is matured in French oak for 8-10 months, 10% of which is new, followed by time in stainless steel. Farming is certified organic and biodynamic, with a focus on biodiversity and low-intervention winemaking.
