This Spanish white wine blends Macabeo and Chardonnay from Campo de Borja, made by Bodegas Borsao. The style showcases modern Spanish white winemaking, balancing freshness and gentle oak while remaining bright and approachable.
Selected grapes are hand harvested from stony, sandy vineyards at 500 metres altitude. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel to preserve varietal aromatics, followed by three months ageing in French oak barrels.
