This is a rare and striking white wine made from 100% Albarino grapes, matured beneath the Atlantic Ocean for six months. Attis is a family-run producer located in Galicia, north-western Spain, known for its granite-rich soils and ecological farming practices.
The bottles are aged 40 feet below the surface with no oxygen, preserving the fruit’s character while developing subtle salinity. You can expect a wine with refreshing acidity, generous body and a creamy texture.
