This Albarino comes from Galicia’s prized granite-soils in Rias Baixas Val do Salnes, showcasing fine lees ageing and Atlantic breeze influence. From a family-run producer, it is crafted from vines of up to 50 years of age with traditional pergola viticulture.
A portion of the wine spent six months on its fine lees, part in large oak foudres and part in stainless steel. This combination of lees ageing and gentle handling adds a creamy texture while preserving the wine's natural character.
