Produced in the sun-drenched region of Puglia, Archivio Primitivo is crafted by Tombacco, a family-run winery with a long-standing tradition of quality winemaking. The grapes are grown in limestone-rich soils, benefiting from warm days and cool nights that enhance flavour concentration and preserve freshness.
The wine is made using traditional fermentation techniques, followed by malolactic fermentation and ageing in stainless steel and oak, allowing the varietal character to shine.
