Casa Vinicola Botter, founded in 1928 in the Veneto region, has grown into one of Italy’s most respected producers, sourcing grapes from across the country. The Appassimento Edizione Oro is crafted in Puglia’s Salento area using the traditional appassimento method, where grapes are left to dry naturally on the vine. This technique concentrates flavour and structure, resulting in a bold, expressive red wine.
Fermentation is followed by 3–4 months of ageing in oak barrels, adding layers of spice and texture. The blend of Negroamaro, Merlot and Primitivo delivers richness and balance, with soft tannins and a smooth finish. The wine is unfiltered and vegan-friendly, offering full-flavoured drinking with depth and elegance.
