Originating from the prestigious Quinta A Gavineira estate in Galicia, this small-batch Albarino embodies the region’s heritage and winemaking prowess. The vineyards, dating back to the 1920s, are now overseen by Clement Sequeiros, continuing his father Angel’s legacy of quality winemaking. Fermented at 14°C for 21 days in stainless steel, the wine is then matured on lees for four months. This gives the palate weight while preserving its complex aromatics.
