Jeremie Huchet is one of the Loire Valley’s rising stars. A fourth-generation winemaker, he took over his family estate in 2001 and has since expanded it to 64 hectares, steadily converting to organic farming. Known for his meticulous vineyard work and respect for Muscadet’s traditions. Jeremie focuses on expressing the unique character of each plot.
His approach blends careful hand-harvesting, respect for the soils, and thoughtful use of both stainless steel and concrete vats in the cellar.
