I’m Only Sleeping is the latest expression from Little Pomona. Crafted from the iconic Egremont Russet apples grown during the exceptional season. Wild fermented over nearly six months, this cider develops extraordinary depth and texture, reflecting the care and patience of its makers.

  • On the nose, expect layers of grilled pineapple, tingly fresh ginger, yellow melon, and hints of star anise
  • The palate is vibrant and layered with white peach, ripe kiwi, and a gentle prickle of natural sparkle, giving the cider a light, refreshing lift
  • The finish is clean, fresh, and lingering, highlighting the fruit-forward character of the Egremont Russet

Serve chilled. Its depth and intensity make it an ideal match for shellfish, exotic vegetarian dishes, or lightly spiced Asian cuisine. This cider is gluten free, vegan friendly, and contains no added sulphites.
