Produced in the heart of Tuscany’s Chianti Classico region, this expressive red wine comes from Castello di Querceto, a historic estate owned by the Francois family since 1897. The vineyards, planted between 1975 and 1985, sit 470 metres above sea level and surround a 16th-century castle. The winery is known for its traditional approach, crafting wines that reflect the elegance and structure of the region.
Fermentation lasts around 10 days at controlled temperatures, followed by ageing for 10–12 months in oak barrels and a further three months in bottle. Castello Di Querceto Chianti Classico is vegetarian friendly.
