Rall Red
This structured red blend is made in South Africa’s Swartland region, where dry-farmed vines on granite soils produce concentrated fruit. Grapes are picked early to retain acidity and fermented with nearly 100% whole bunches. Aged in old French oak for ten months, then held in bottle for 18 months before release.
Donovan Rall is one of South Africa’s leading independent winemakers. He works with top vineyard sites and uses minimal intervention to preserve purity. No new oak is used, allowing fruit and texture to lead.
