This Swiss white wine is produced in the Chablais AOC near Lake Geneva from the indigenous Chasselas grape. The historic estate was founded in 1908 and remains one of the most respected names in the Pays de Vaud.
Vines grow on exceptionally steep, stone walled slopes above Aigle, requiring hand harvesting and careful vineyard work. These dramatic terraces capture reflected heat, helping Chasselas achieve concentration while retaining its defining freshness and minerality.
