• This Single Malt opens with a soft wave of ruby port sweetness, immediately bringing ripe red berries to the fore - think juicy cherry, raspberry, and strawberry - layered over deeper notes of fig and raisin.
• Hints of cinnamon and vanilla round out the aroma, adding warmth and a touch of spice. The palate is rich and fruity, with bold flavours of red grapes and blackcurrant, followed by indulgent notes of honey and toffee.
• These are elegantly balanced by warming spice - clove and nutmeg - and a structured dryness from oak tannins.
