  • The sherry-seasoned, first-fill European oak hogsheads propel zesty, fresh ginger and sun-kissed oranges to the forefront, adorning the flavour profile
  • Simultaneously, ex-bourbon casks gracefully introduce delicate swirls of vanilla cream complemented by a gentle drizzle of honey
  • Refill casks, adeptly balancing the impact of oak from the initial fills, impart a subtle essence of lightly toasted wood, contributing to the whisky's smoky, spicy intricacy

Highland Park - The Magic Of Orkney

Shaped by the extraordinary contrasts of the Orkney Islands since 1798. The peat used from Hobbister moor is completely unique to Highland Park and vitally important to the unique flavour and character of their Whisky. Heathery aromatic smoke from the Orkney peat infuses the barley which they then hand turn - this is what gives Highland Park whiskies their distinctive flavour. Natural cask driven colour (no additives) from the Oloroso sherry oak casks that Highland Park use to mature their whisky in.

Highland Park is one of the only distilleries to still turn their Malt by hand.
