Glenfiddich 14 Year Old Bourbon Cask is a bold and vibrant single malt that uniquely blends the rich tradition of Scotch with the sweet, complex influence of bourbon.
The Glenfiddich whisky is aged for 14 years in ex-bourbon American oak casks. It is then finished in charred new American oak barrels sourced from The Kelvin Cooperage in Louisville, Kentucky. This final maturation step adds an extra layer of richness and complexity, carefully overseen by Malt Master, Brian Kinsman.
- Vibrant vanilla on the nose, with hints of citrus, caramelised brown sugar, and cinnamon. Complemented by sweet aromas of baked apple and ripe summer fruits, and balanced with oak undertones.
- Rich and sweet, with flavours of creamy toffee, woody spices, candied orange peel, and freshly toasted oak.
- Long-lasting finish, with a lingering sweetness.
With its smooth, sweet profile, this whisky is perfect enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or with a splash of water or club soda for extra flavour.
