This bottled in bond Tennessee whiskey is a true grain-to-glass spirit from Williamson County. The distillery grows over three quarters of its own grain, overseeing every step in-house. Founded by Lee and Lynlee Kennedy, it produces just 25,000 gallons a year. The whiskey is pot distilled, then charcoal mellowed through sugar maple before ageing. This set adds a branded Glencairn glass and a Secret Bottle Shop Jigger.
- Milk chocolate, roasted coffee and ripe plum, with dark cherry and honey.
- Caramel and red berries on the palate, layered with warm baking spices.
- Bold yet balanced, growing more complex the longer it rests.
Serve it neat in the Glencairn to open up those aromas. It pairs well with barbecued ribs, dark chocolate pudding or a mature cheese.
