Considering the finished wine is ten years old, it is bursting with freshness and flavour. The Fino Inocente is from palomino grapes on Valdespino’s vineyard, Marcharnudo Alto.
- Straw yellow in colour
- Savoury aromas of bread dough, almonds, olives and dried apples dominate on the nose
- Bone dry and bracingly refreshing on the palate
- Saline minerality and a long and complex finish
Valdespino Inocente fino sherry is great with tapas, especially Iberian cured hams, green olives – or a real treat with a shellfish bisque. Drink well chilled. Suitable for vegans & vegetarians.
