Gonzalez Byass Leonor Palo Cortado Sherry
Part of the Gonzalez Byass Superior Range, Leonor Palo Cortado is crafted from the finest grapes in the Jerez Superior zone and aged for 12 years in oak casks.
- Displays a light mahogany hue with golden tones and a slightly orange rim
- The nose is intense and complex, with aromas of hazelnuts, bitter orange, and mature oak
- The palate is powerful, smooth, and silky, revealing toasted, layered flavours.
Serve between 10–12 °C in a small white wine glass. Its structure and depth make it perfect with hard cheeses, salted caramel, strong meats like venison, and dry-aged beef.
