Domaine La Tour Vieille Banyuls Reserva
A collaboration between Vincent Cantie from Collioure and Christine Campadieu from Banyuls. Vines planted on schist in the warm, Mediterranean climate of the Roussillon region of France, tempered by the Tramontane wind.
The fermentation is stopped by adding a pure grape spirit, retaining some natural sugars and fortifying the wine. Blending the wine with older vintages in a solera system dating back to 1952.
